Hello! I am Alex Thomson, a dedicated mortgage broker with a passion for helping people achieve their dream of homeownership. With a background in both environmental science and finance, I bring a unique blend of expertise to the table. I hold a Bachelor of Environment from Simon Fraser University, a diploma in Fish, Wildlife and Recreation from BCIT, and a Mortgage Brokerage Licence from the prestigious UBC Sauder School of Business.

Before entering the mortgage industry, I spent the first five years of my career in conservation, where I developed a strong foundation in problem-solving, client relations, and project management. However, I ultimately transitioned into mortgage brokering to pursue greater flexibility for my family and follow my passion for finance and real estate. Helping friends, family, and colleagues navigate the home buying process has been incredibly rewarding.
